What are the dimensions of the storage space?

You decide!  Our storage spaces vary in size from 1.5m² to 15m² and are each 2.5m high. Check out our storage spaces here.

What is the temperature of the storage areas?

We guarantee an ideal temperature for storage. Not too hot, not too cold, minimum 15ºC.

What can I store in my unit?

Anything you want 🙂

That said, to guarantee your wellbeing and the safety of your belongings, there are some restrictions, which you'll find in our Terms & Conditions.

What do I need to provide for the contract?

It's easy, you just need ID!

How do I know which size is right for me?

It couldn't be simpler. Use our calculator to estimate the storage size you need.

Can I change units if I need more or less space?

Of course! Just email us at and we will find the best solution for you, subject to availability.

Do you provide packing materials?

Of course! You'll find boxes and tape at the entrance. Help yourself – you only pay for what you use.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes. The minimum rental period is one month.

Is there a maximum rental period for storage spaces?

No, you can stay as long as you want! When your agreed rental period is up, your contract is automatically renewed until you decide to stop it. 

Is there an age limit for renting storage spaces?

Yes. As this is a contract, you must be at least 18 years old.

Are there electrical outlets in the storage areas?

No. To keep your (and your neighbours') belongings safe, there are no electrical outlets in our storage spaces.

How do I access my storage unit?

It's simple – just use our app, available on iOS and Android. If you don't have a smartphone, we'll be happy to provide you with a fob.

When can I access my storage space?

You can access your unit whenever you want – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Make yourself at home!

How do I move my stuff to the storage units?

The most convenient way is to use the free trolleys available at the entrance.


Is access to the premises controlled and monitored?

Absolutely. We have 24/7 access control and a video surveillance system to keep you safe and your property secure.

Recordings are kept for 30 days and are only consulted if required, before being permanently deleted.


Are there any additional fees?

The only additional costs you might incur are reminder fees, in the case of late payment, or repair and cleaning costs if you damage the infrastructure provided. But this almost never happens.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We trust you! We don't ask for a deposit.

When and how do I pay?

Payment must be made within 10 days of receiving your QR code bill. The first month's rental will be billed to you on a time basis as soon as your storage space is available.

What's not included in the price?

Your contract covers everything, except for insurance. Please check your contents cover with your insurance provider. If you wish, you can take out additional insurance. Contact our partner La Mobilière for a custom quote.

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. With us, you don't need to pay in advance.

How can I pay?

Simply scan the QR code on your bill.

What is the cancellation period?

You can cancel up to 10 days before the end of your contract. If you don't cancel your contract, it will be automatically renewed until you decide to stop it.

You can view your contracts, bills and payments in your account at any time.


Do I have to insure the goods I store at uStock?

Yes, the rental does not include insurance. You have two options:
1. Insure your goods directly with our partner
2. Contract the insurance company of your choice
